30-day refund
If you're not satisfied with your purchase from MicroTools for any reason, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions, no forms.
How refunds work
Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. The money returns to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Lifetime purchases
The 30-day window applies equally to the $29 Lifetime plan. After 30 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable — but you keep the access for as long as MicroTools operates.
Multiple refunds
We reserve the right to deny refunds for accounts that have been refunded multiple times across our products.
